MEDICATION REQUESTS
Burwood Health offers a range of medication request options for patients to access their ongoing repeat prescriptions.
All requests for medications, including those ongoing requests from pharmacy’s or health care facilities (such as Nursing Homes) incur a fee.
MEDICATION REQUEST SERVICES WHICH WILL BE CHARGED
- Your local pharmacy requesting repeat medications on your behalf
- External health care facilities (ie. nursing home / aged care facility) that utilize programs such as OneChart or Medi Map
- District Nurses
Once a patients medication request has been completed, an invoice will be provided.
