You can now view up to 12-months worth of test results on your Manage My Health account. Results will have a code beside the results, each code means something different. To help you understand your results and what each code represents, please see the table below.
If you wish to discuss your results further with your doctor, you are welcome to ring the practice and make an appointment on 03 383 0219.

| Not Significant | NS | Every test is important, but not every result is significant. Your results have been reviewed by a doctor and are classified as not significant. This could be because of the way the test is completed or because you are already taking medication that is addressing the issue.
No further appointment is required with your doctor regarding these results. However, if you would like to discuss your results or anything else, please phone the practice to arrange an appointment. |
| Consistent with Current Condition | CCC | The results have been reviewed by a doctor and are what was expected.
No further appointment is required with your doctor regarding these results. If you are on medication such as Wafarin, you may still be contacted by a Practice Nurse to review your health.
