WARFARIN / INR MANAGEMENT
To assist in your ongoing care for Warfarin (INR) management, Burwood Health offers a 6-monthly Warfarin / INR Management plan.
The management fee is $30 per 6-month cycle.
This fee will be for your doctor and clinical team to request and review your INR blood tests as required and to advise of any changes to your Warfarin dosage.
