URGENT APPOINTMENTS
Burwood Health has available a range of urgent (on the day) appointments to ensure that patients who require care that day, are able to be seen.
All requests for Urgent appointments will be triaged by a nurse as there are only limited spaces available each day, per provider.
However, in some instances, an urgent appointment request may be able to be addressed by the nurse. You will be advised by the nurse if the call will change to a Nurse Phone Consult (there is a charge for this service) and what other options are available to you before continuing.
