We are here for your ongoing care and to offer the best possible service. To help us achieve this goal, it is important to advise the practice if you are unable to attend your appointment.
At certain times of the year, there may be a wait of 2 – 3 weeks to see your preferred doctor. Unfortunately, these times are being impacted by appointments that are booked, but not attended.
If you are unable to attend an appointment, or it is no longer required, please let the practice know by providing at least 3 hours notice. This time allows us to offer the appointment to another patient.
FAILURE TO ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL RESULT IN A ‘MISSED APPOINTMENT FEE’.
We understand that sometimes life can get in the way, and you may forget about your appointment. Your doctor will consider your application to waive your missed appointment fee, however, there is no guarantee.
Repeat offences of failing to attend an appointment is not acceptable!
