Puāwai-Kai is a free 8-week course run in Canterbury – 3 weeks of education and 5 weeks of practical cooking instruction.
Learning how to make small changes in the way you live, can add up to a big change in your health and wellbeing.
The focus is on enjoying a healthy relationship with food, creating routine, eating mindfully, and knowing what to eat and how to cook wholefoods. The course also discusses sleep, movement, taking care of yourself and prioritising drinking water.
